Designed for optimum convenience, the kit includes everything required for complete installation; wall mount and case, 30 metre hose, 3 metre connection hose, adjustable spray gun and quick release brass attachments.
Store your garden hose in the portable and lightweight casing complete with a carrier handle. The connected wall mount feature allows convenient placement of the hose pipe reel at your desired height in order to maximise your garden’s space. Highly positioned hose pipe reels reduce bending, tangling and dragging the hose through dirt and mud. The spray gun has a choice of 7 settings; full, mist, jet, cone, centre, flat and shower. Swiftly change the water settings by rotating the spray gun’s nozzle. The spray gun also boasts an anti-drip design to prevent spillages. All components of the kit are water and UV resistant for lasting use throughout the year.
A 180° swivel is integrated into the reel casing. This prevents the hose from kinking by allowing it to smoothly rotate as needed, following the direction of the user when watering or cleaning different outdoor areas. Tangle prevention is also enabled by the automatic rewind feature, protecting the hose from being stored incorrectly, a common problem which leads to bends and kinks. The retractable hose reel mechanism automatically locks during use and retracts when you’re finished with the hose.

How do I return an item?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or not like how it looks when it arrives. To return unwanted items please contact us before sending your item back with your order number and reason for return. You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Items must be returned in their delivered condition (ie unbuilt and boxed suitable for courier transit).
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected and you should use a registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do next?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days, we may ask for information and images of the damage.
All items and packaging are checked upon leaving our warehouse. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged please notify the courier in all instances. Please do not accept delivery if there is apparent damage - tell the couriers and then contact us with details of the issue.
We can then advise how to proceed and arrange for a replacement or refund where necessary.
