- The 100% cotton shell cushions are available in Bamboo, Harrogate Natural and and Arran Natural prints. They have coordinating piping around the seam for reinforcement. Replacement cushions are available in low or high back options.
- Our premium cushions have a thick foam base and a blown fibre back for maximum comfort. From filling to packaging, the whole process takes place at one of our Greater Manchester factories.

Quality Materials
The armchair frames are comprised of woven sea grass material panels on a shaped cane frame in a light honey colour. Similar to wicker, seagrass and cane materials boast lightness and traditional style and can effortlessly be transported to best suit your space.
Conservatory Cushions from Alfresia
The cushions are made with two different types of filling. The seat section is filled with thick crumb foam filling for a supportive base and the back rest component is comprised of blown fibre for a light, soft feel. The thickness enables elevated comfort whilst also preventing the cushions from becoming flat over time.
The shell is 100% cotton, a soft material that holds dye expertly and maintains its shape for a long duration. We encase each seam with coordinating piping, a stylish look that adds strength to the entire cushion shell to avoid burst seams. All of our cushions are made in the UK. From filling to packaging, the entire process unfolds at one of our Manchester factories.

Please note that all cushion dimensions are an approximation as filling size alters over time and with movement and pressure. Prolong the life of your cushion by storing indoors when not in use and wiping clean with a cloth. Arrives flat-packed, assembly required. Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for your order.
Large, heavy items are sometimes delivered on a pallet so you will need to ensure you have assistance with carrying the product.
As standard our items are delivered Monday – Friday.

We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately

How do I return an item?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or not like how it looks when it arrives. To return unwanted items please contact us before sending your item back with your order number and reason for return. You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Items must be returned in their delivered condition (ie unbuilt and boxed suitable for courier transit).
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected and you should use a registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do next?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days, we may ask for information and images of the damage.
All items and packaging are checked upon leaving our warehouse. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged please notify the courier in all instances. Please do not accept delivery if there is apparent damage - tell the couriers and then contact us with details of the issue.
We can then advise how to proceed and arrange for a replacement or refund where necessary.
