UK Manufacturer
A wide selection of our products including all our cushions are manufactured in the UK in our factories in the North West of England, meaning that, you, the customer, is supporting the UK economy by buying from us rather than similar items from the Far East. Not only that but you are buying direct from the manufacturer.
We can guarantee the best in terms of quality and with the flexibility of manufacturing some of these products in the UK, we can react much quicker to market fluctuations, giving us a more consistent stock availability.
Free Delivery Options
All orders that come to a total value of £450 or over qualify for Free Stand Delivery to any address in Mainland UK. Postcodes in other more remote or difficult to deliver to areas would be subject to an additional charge. This will be automatically calculated and applied in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address postcode
Superfast Delivery
The majority of our orders are picked and put onto our carriers the same day we receive the order meaning that more often than not you will receive your item(s) the next working day.
Some larger items can take a little longer normally only 2 to 3 days.
Some of our cushions are custom made as soon as we receive your order so for these products, delivery time can be anything upto 10 working days… (but they are well worth the wait).

Mix 'n' Match
Unlike many of our competitors, not only do we offer you great value garden furniture sets, but we give you the option on most of our sets to purchase additional chairs or tables.
This allows you to make substantial savings by taking advantage of buying a preset furniture set but then if your individual needs require it, you can buy further matching chairs.
Don’t be stuck with what other people think you should buy – customise your sets to your exact individual requirements.
Secure shopping
Our website is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be absolutely confident that your details are held safely. Once your order has been processed the details are removed from the site.
Delivery
Most orders can be normally despatched to your delivery address within 2-3 days, unless the order includes cushions in which case the delivery can be up to 10 days. This allows us the time to make up your unique order.
Some larger items require a signature and cannot be delivered without one.
Dispatches are on a next day delivery basis to most GB mainland locations, excluding highlands & islands. If an item is available immediately, and we receive your order before 2pm, we will attempt to deliver next day. If you have given us special instructions about the date of your delivery, we will attempt to meet them, subject to the above.
If an item of fabric is temporarily unavailable or has a longer lead-time, then you will be contacted with the choice of an alternative fabric or item or a revised delivery date. Alternatively you may cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited at time of order. Our consignments are delivered by courier.
We deliver Monday to Friday, but can make special arrangements, please phone us for details.The website is automated for UK delivery. If you require delivery to another country, please contact us so we can obtain delivery costs for you. If you choose to have the parcel left at your unattended house, we cannot accept responsibility for it once delivered by the courier.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations and returns
In the event that your product is damaged or faulty, a full refund of all costs will be given.
If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing (email or post) within 7 days of taking delivery. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
This allows us to keep our prices competitive. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.Some of the furniture is supplied flat packed. If you are missing assembly components, then please contact us for assistance.
Errors and omissions
Despite taking every care, we do not guarantee the information on this website and accept no liability for any omissions or errors. In some circumstances, we may offer a substitute product and and will contact you in advance to offer this. Where a substitute product is accepted by the customer, but rejected for any reason on delivery, the company will refund the full price paid and not charge the cost of delivery.

Disposal of Electrical Waste Products
The United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Alfresia is committed to promoting the reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE by contributing to the appropriate compliance schemes. Product packaging will be marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol to indicate the product must not be disposed of in domestic waste, but through an approved WEEE take-back scheme.
