Great Barbecues Need Great Weather

Is this true or are you an weather BBQ person?
it has been said that to enjoy a barbecue all you need is the company of some good friends and an ample stock of the appropriate beverages. I for one do not ascribe to this thought process, what you need for a great barbecue is great food , great weather and good beer.. the latter being the most important. Whether your BBQ is a Charcoal BBQ or a Gas Barbeque this position remains the same. Bring on the summer!!
