Why do you charge delivery?

Whoever you order from, delivery always has to be paid. Some companies choose to hide the price of delivery by adding it to their product price - thus artificially inflating the price of their products and including delivery on every single item you order. At Alfresia, we believe in price transparency so you can see the true price of our products. No matter how many items you order, you only pay one lot of delivery so we show you the delivery price separately for your piece of mind. Plus if your order is over £450, delivery to mainland GB is FREE!

Why do you charge more for deliveries to remote places?

Simply because it costs us more to send your order. At Alfresia we try to have transparent and fair pricing we do not hide the charges within the product price to you. This ensures you always pay the best price possible.

How do you deliver?

Most of our items can be delivered with 2-3 working days by insured courier service. However if you are ordering an item requiring cushions i.e. our conservatory furniture, you order may take up to 21 days as nearly all our cushions are specially made for your order. If you want a design off the shelf please call us as we keep a stock of some patterns for immediate delivery. Most of our items are delivered by courier - the particular courier for your order will be notified to you by email after we have despatched your item. Before signing for your delivery, please take time to take a close look at it. If the item looks damaged please do not accept it or sign for it, as this will invalidate our insurance cover. If you think that any damage is minor and affects only the packaging you may sign for it noting the damage to the carrier by signing the delivery note and add the comment 'received damaged'. If you receive a part shipment but not your total order (e.g. the parcel says 1 of 2 and you only receive 1 parcel), it means that the courier has separated them and you should only sign received '1 of 2' on the delivery note. You will find that on these rare occasions the missing parcel normally arrives safely within a day or so.

How can I chase my order?

Most of our items are delivered by courier – the particular courier for your order will be notified to you by email after we have despatched your item.

In the first instance, you MUST contact the courier to chase your order – unfortunately once we have despatched your order to a courier, we are unable to tell you where your order is or when it will be delivered.

Do you offer a guarantee?

All Alfresia products are guaranteed for 12 months to be free from defects in workmanship and materials in normal domestic use.

This guarantee excludes damage from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse or normal weathering.

In the unlikely event that you have a problem, we endeavour to resolve it quickly and suggest that initially you email a picture to us. Any fault will be repaired or replaced as appropriate but at our discretion.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
