How do I order?
All of the products on the Alfresia site are available to buy. Simply browse the website and when you see something you like, type a quantity next to the item, choose a fabric if applicable and press 'add to shopping cart'. Once items are within your basket, you can choose to amend the quantity ordered or remove items from your basket. Once you have made your selection, press 'update basket' to ensure any amends have been applied, then simply press 'proceed to checkout'. The screens that follow will ask you for your personal information and take you through the payment stage. At Alfresia we use Protx, a completely secure checkout process, meaning all your data is secure at all times.
Is this site secure?
Our website is hosted on a secure server and utilises the latest encryption technology. You will see this as you move onto a secure server when you enter your credit card details. Nobody has access to these and they cannot be seen by anybody except the credit card company authorising the transaction so you can be absolutely confident that your details are held safely.
How do I order offline?
Some people are happier ordering offline. If you would like to place a telephone order, please call 0845 408 2028. Our friendly customer service team are available Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
Are the products online currently in stock?
The majority of products shown online are currently in stock. However due to high demand of some products they may not be available immediately. Once you place your order, if we cannot despatch it to you within 2 weeks, we will inform you.
All of our cushions are made to order to the highest standard so these usually take 3 weeks to be despatched.
How do I pay?
At Alfresia we accept payment by credit and debit card. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.
We are able to accept payment by cheque on orders made over the telephone. Call 0845 408 2028 Please note, if you place a cheque order, be sure to send us your cheque within 28 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Our website does not support international orders however this can be arranged through our call centre on 0845 408 2028. Delivery prices for international orders will not be the same as those displayed on our website as these are for UK delivery only.
