you take a chance when you buy on-line,as you have no idea what the goods will be like,you only have a picture to go by ,we shouldn't have worried, the chairs are even better looking than the photos.they are very comfyand look great in our conservatory.it is a great pity that you don't have a footstool to go with the chairs.i give these chairs 5 stars. on the delivery side, i was only e-mailed 2 hours before the delivery,as i hadn't checked my e-mails that morning,i didn't know they were being delivered that morning. i was on the bus when the delivery men phoned me,to tell me they were at my door.i had to tell them to leave the chairs in the porch,as they couldnt come back later.
