Many thanks Alfresia. Having assembled the bbq, it was clear that the in-hood thermometer had broken in transit. 1 email and hey presto new thermometer arrived - many thanks. Once the snow clears, we'll roast some chooks and see how this baby works, but happy so far.

I am absolutly delighted with this BBQ. All the controls, main burners and side burners are top quality. The 100 percent stainless steel construction is easy to clean and also weather proof. Using a combination of the rotissery gridle plate and main burners you can prepare a complete meal, a truly outdoor kitchen. My only niggles were that the regulater supplied didnot fit the UK gas bottles and a sharp edge left on the side burner lid has damaged the storage cover. I scoured the net for a ss BBQ and believe that nothing out there comes close to matching this for quality and value for money.

Didn't take long to put together.. Had a bbq for 40+ and the bbq cooking area space handle the job with no problems. And with it being stainless steel ALL parts can be clean with easy.. very happy with this bbq gas grill
