The Fire Mountain 4 Burner Outdoor Kitchen is an awesome barbecue combining style, performance and quality all in one. The whole of the barbecue and its components are manufactured out of high-grade stainless steel. Most "stainless steel barbecues" from other manufacturers only have the hood or doors in stainless steel Fire Mountain BBQ`s are ALL stainless except for the porcelain coated cast iron cooking plates. This is a barbecue that will last for years and years with little or no maintenance. It has super large cooking area. Double skinned hood, again the inside of the hood is stainlees not chepaer galvanised steel for more effective roasting and can be left outside in any weather!

Ordered on ...
Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. There was some external damage to the largest box but was pleased to see the bbq was well protected with sheets of chipboard which had prevented it from being damaged. Agree with other peoples comments that the instructions are quite basic but managed to piece it all together on first attempt. The cabinet below the bbq is not quite as solid as I hoped for however overall I am extrememly pleased and agree with the ***** ratings. We used it for the first time today and the results were well worth the effort. By the way look out the largest box is very heavy -- 60kg -- so it is definitely a 2 person job.

Diagrams are ...
Diagrams are a bit unclear but to be honest it's pretty obvious where everything goes anyway - It needs two people to build at some stages and the two cartons it comes in are very heavy. Packaging was superb and delivery was excellent - well done Alfresia! - Everything is Stainless and solid and this will be a barbecue boon for years to come.

The quality ...
The quality of this barbecue is excellent..read the instructions first..everything fitted together with no problems..it is the Rolls Royce as mentioned previously..Alfresia is a very good company to purchase from..looking forward to enjoying many enjoyable meals on it.

Have tried ...
Have tried several Budget Gas Braais (The Afrikans for Grills). This is a real Rolls Royce. Very controllable heat settings and a really great Rotisserie. The "Flavourizer" baffles really do work and clean up well in the dishwasher. I do not really know why I bother with the cover as the SS is top quality. The braaivleis (Afrikans for grilled meat) tastes fantastic. The company are also very good to deal with also, efficient and helpful and polite.

Typically delivery will be in 2 working days from placing your order , this can be one or two days longer for remote areas such as the highlands and offshore islands.
Alfresia is committed to offering the lowest possible delivery charges , this is why we do not hide this in our pricing and claim it is free when it is already included in the price we do therefore charge a small amount for delivery but your products are always at the lowest price possible.
Orders totalling over £450 delivery are free and carriage is only ever charged on the most expensive item to deliver so all your other items on the order have FREE delivery….if ordered at the same time. However we do charge a small supplement to cover the extra delivery charges to more remote places such as the Highlands and Offshore Islands.
The exact delivery cost will be calculated when you complete your basket and BEFORE you pay for the goods so you can see all the savings you have earned.
Returns if damaged.
In the event that your product is damaged or faulty on receipt , a full refund of all costs will be given.
General Returns
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your selection Alfresia offer a no quibble returns within 30 days of receipt of the goods , you must notify us in writing (email or post) within 14 days of taking delivery. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of delivery unused and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
Refunds will be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Some of the furniture is supplied flat packed. If you are missing assembly components, then please contact us for assistance.
Warranty
All our products are governed by at least 12 month warranty against fault (fair wear and tear excepted) from date of purchase, on some products this is longer and marked as such in the specification
